RE: EMU's Farewell Letter to HC Ron English
If it comes to be that he simply had a melt-down, then this is the way to end the relationship. Both can move on from this. Unfortunately, it came from a fan, not from EMU so I'm not sure what it means in the overall scheme?

EMU's Farewell Letter to HC Ron English
It's EMU. It wasn't "a" fan, it was 'the' fan, judging by their home attendance. Sadly, it's impossible to envision any coach turning that program around.

Sorry coach, you came here and you are a victim... you are a victim of the man... we know you tried to make it better, but at EMU... its really sucks here... and no matter what you did... you were never going to have a winning season... wow... you are the bestest coach ever, but... this is Ypsilanti... and you are just one victim of many... please sir... as I sit here sobbing... please, be safe on the street as you are walking out to the street with your box of stuff... good luck... and let's hope you can get a job where you can get more than a .500 season!!!

In this letter, it shows Obama has succeeded in transforming HIS America... Succeed at all costs, no matter what, lie if you have to, BUT... if you fail, blame it on everyone and everything else but the person responsible for that failure... yourself... problem is... if you don't blame yourself from the problems you caused, nothing will ever be resolved... and history repeats itself...

good luck to the coach, I hope he gets stronger!!!

First of all... welcome... Life is political... Sports are a part of life... our lives are driven by what we choose to achieve... we achieve by who we are... in competition you win, you lose... the worst thing you can ever do is blame someone else for your loss... unless they bit your ear off...

I was only tweaking my fellow Toledo Rocketeers here...

I don't think he did any better job than the previous several coaches at EMU.
Maybe worse.

03-banghead03-banghead "a" fan represents one... "the" fan represents one... at which point does your sarcasm reach anything more than singular plurism? -- c'mon now that's funny!!!

I hear Tim Beckman will soon be available to coach EMU.

EMU is an impossible job, but Ron English is a terrible football coach. I think you're spot-on with your assessment.

No, NMRF, I agree wit Bob. Prior to Obama everyone in America took total responsibility for their actions and were accountable to all. No one ever blamed anyone else for their problems. It is a completely new phenomenon and it is entirely Obama's fault. Methinks, KB doesn't understand irony.
