Through 4 games he is averaging 17.5 ppg (not as impressive as it sounds, because the team is averaging 100.5 ppg). He is shooting 54.5% overall, 95.2% from the line and 63.6% from the arc. That is pretty impressive.

Their opponents average 93.5 ppg, shoot 47.7% overall, and 37.2% from the arc. Evidently they don't play much defense at all in that part of the country.

63% from the 3 point line is not bad even if no one is guarding you- and it appears like that may be the case.

The kid seems to be able to flat out shoot. I suspect he will have a little adjustment getting used to the intensity of Belt defense, but if he has the touch, there will be a place for him.

In his latest game he was only 1 of 6 from the field.

Through 10 games CSI is 9-1. Reid is shooting 47% overall, 51% from the arc, and 93% from the line.

There seems to be little doubt he can score the ball. Is his release fast enough. Obviously our coaches have scouted him enough to determine that he can. I like his potential as a scorer.

Looking at his stats, he definitely is NOT a combo guard, so he is being brought in as a shooter.

Assuming Josh is back, he'll have a hard time winning a starting position.
I think he'll sort of play a Matt Mouzy role. Could be that he might have been a starter in a lot of years.

He will play the DS position. You are right. Matt Mouzy II. Or Dr. J. IV.

What we were wanting with the two Memphis players was athleticism and rebounding. Reid is a pure shooter.

Through 12 games they are 11-1. Reid has not played the last couple of games.

Has he been sick or hurt? I wonder why he hasn't played in the last two games. The way he was playing, I doubt he was benched, unless he did something to get in the coach's doghouse
