If UC can get solid quarterback play and the running game continues to mature I can see UC getting 6 or 7 wins and a bowl bid. These extra bowls that the Big East have picked up will pay huge dividends to young and/or rebuilding programs like Cincinnati, Syracuse and Connecticut this year. Good exposure, recruiting tool, and postseason experience for these schools along with extra practice and a little bit of pocket change.

Agreed. Dave Gavitt called UConn "a diamond in the rough" 20 years ago and all it will take is a few bowl invites to bring that program to a whole other level.

If your talking about Uconn, they went to their first bowl the first year they played fb in the BE. They dismantled the Mac champ.

Louisville will only go as far the defense allows us, we can score points in bunches but defense wins close games.
