Well friends, there is a chance that I will have to work this Saturday from 10-1...and will not be able to make it to Oxford in time for the Spurlock/Lane showdown. I hope y'all will make as many mental notes as you can for me and post them here, so that I can sit at my computer and cry. :frown:

I should make the Saturday and Sunday baseball games however. Time to rebound from this weekend and get back on the winning track. Hotty Toddy!!! Go Rebels!

By the way, I predict an Ole Miss victory in the football game Saturday. Anyone care to wager a dispute? :D

I found out that I'll actually be able to make the games. I am sooooooo excited. Now if I can just pull a couple of baseball tickets from somewhere, my weekend will be made.

You should have ordered them months ago. I'm not going to be able to attend this year so I gave my two Tennessee tickets to 10MAN.

Months ago I thought that I would be at the wonderful world of Walgreens. Oh well, if all else fails, I can sit on the hill.

Anybody know if the football game Saturday will be broadcast over the network, or will it just be locally in Oxford? I'd like to be able to at least listen to it on the way to Oxford.

I don't know if it's being aired or not, Wiz, but if you want to try and listen remember it's a 1:00pm game this time and the baseball game is at 4:00pm. They have changed the order of the games this season. Didn't know if you'd heard, I didn't until a day or two ago. Glad someone told me or I'd've been at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Yeah man, I was a bit disappointed with it being moved back to a day game. I was hoping that they'd play baseball around 1:30 or 2, and then football around 6:30, but no dice. It was pretty cold the past two years, but I enjoyed the night games. Now look, the weather is going to be perfect for a night game. Oh well, I'll just have to get reports on how it was. I'll be there for the baseball game though. 04-cheers
