So they have Northern Illinois on the front. Why don't they just have NIU?????? Someone who has some access to the Athletics dept needs to make this an issue. How do we get a standard nationwide image for our programs when we use different names.

I suppose it's better than NorIll.

I think it fills up the jersey nicely, but to each their own.

It's a classic college basketball look to me. Plus 3 letters across the top of a jersey just looks off to me.

It's our name, ain't nothing wrong with using it.

when the BBALL team has a winning season we can get them new jerseys!

Who said that making "NIU" a standard nationwide image is a priority? It's not.
