My profile shows a warning level 0%. What does this mean? Can I disable this?

That will show a percentage greater than zero if a moderator has to issue a warning for some reason. So there is no way to disable it. It let's people know who's a trouble maker and who isn't.

Why is it showing up at all if it's 0%? I just joined CSN two months ago and to my knowledge I have not posted anything of an offensive or disrespectful nature. Should I contact the moderator?

It shows for everyone, whether you've ever gotten a warning or not. It's coded into the system. So there is no removing it.
