If indeed Josh Mann's season is complete the most important aspect of the Campbell game will be how Troy Butler plays at the center position. In the post game interview of Taylor Heinicke he both stated how much Mann will be missed, and expressed his full confidence in Mr. Butler. TH said "we won't miss a beat."

It would be nice to get our first shutout every vs. Campbell!!!!!!

With a win against Campbell, we reach eight victories for the fifth time in five years since this incredible journey began in 2009.

Any word on Josh Mann? Would be a huge loss for the UNC game.

It would, indeed, be a huge loss, but I think all the injuries on defense are going to hurt us more against UNC.

Regardless of what happens Saturday, id like to encourage the following:

1. Standing ovation for campbell after tthe last whistle. They made sure we had 6 home games. Class act for the school. I'm now a fan of their program.

2. Realize its our last home game as an fcs team. Wow long strange trip. We still have naysayers but look back at where we have been. From the first spread in the pilot about gameday to the last nsu and all the inbetween stuff.

I hope that all the fans stay because its a moment in history of our program. Well play fcs teams but we will be fbs.

But don't forget we still have unc.

By the end of the game, there probably wont be 5k fans in the stands.

Excellent points. Easy for us to say we are going to crush Campbell, however it is because of them we filled our schedule very quickly after Charlotte pulled out. And keep in mind they did this knowing that if history repeats itself, they are most likely walking away from Norfolk with another loss on Saturday.

Campbell the only team we played every year since starting football. Might be ugly, I think Bobby calls off the dogs. 57-10

Yeah, don't be surprised if he calls them off earlier than expected out of respect for Campbell. Also a lot of guys dinged up, short week with the flight last Saturday, and big game next week.
