Barclay's a good get for the Mounties, but he was a WVU lean all the way. He had a family member who played for WVU. It was an uncle I believe, and he grew up a WVU fan.

However,

The OL is the hardest area to recruit because there are alot of 'X' factors involved. They are 17 or 18 years old and still have a lot of room. You also need some 'agression' and mental resilency to play OL or DL. You could just have a guy that is really big and dominating smaller guys. You should only evaluate a kid based on how he does against similar sized or bigger guys.

Someone posted that Scout.com did a list of OL, number of stars, and draft ranking and OL had the least accurate projection coming out of high school. Unfortunately, I do not have a link.

I will say this though is that Rick Trickett does an excellent job at developling lineman - at least turning '2 star' guys into beasts in the trenches....
