Nice crowd for the game.
I am usually critical of the attendance figures posted after the game but I will say that there appeared to be a nice crowd at the game.
Did not make the game due to father in hospital but on TV I was actually impressed with the amount of fans that MTSU brought to Bham. This is an easy trip for both schools.

RE: Nice crowd for the game.
Barring a miracle on the road for the next 2 weeks, may very well be the largest crowd for a UAB game at Legion Field this season. MT's contingent was rather noticeable, to include their band, it was a rare "football-like atmosphere" in there yesterday. Too bad the "home" fans had to leave disappointed again, but a good time for the most part, was had by most, if not all. Keeping a good thought for your Father as well.

RE: Nice crowd for the game.
With how our season has gone this year, i was blown away by the crowd. I thought for sure it would be half that. I know it will be the best of the year. I think for various reasons it will be really low for the last 2 games, mainly because so many people find things to do that are enjoyable vs showing up to watch their team lose again.

That, and the possible "it's too cold to go to a football game" excuse. I'm not expecting anything close to the numbers UAB had for yesterday's game after this final road trip of theirs, not even for the Southern Miss game.
