The video/pic/graphic is blocked here at my parttime job, so I'll just keep the thread on Iowa and comment on the part of today's game I saw. Iowa looked like they had Wisconsin right where they wanted them -- only down 14-9 entering the fourth quarter and neither team able to do much offensively. Then they let the Badgers pull away by throwing a pair of interceptions and what was a close game most of the way appeared to be a Wisconsin-dominated game. I was flipping channels between several games, so I may have missed examples to the contrary, but it seemed both teams were woefully short on speed and athleticism. That was one of the slowest, unathletic Iowa teams I have seen in some time.

Yeah, it was pretty painful to watch. I do like our defense but with our brand new quarterback, our offense just isn't up to that faster pace. Very simplified.

I was at the game and it was tough to witness. The first half was about as good as we could've played while not scoring any touchdowns. We all knew field goals were not going to cut it.
the end of the game just got away from us and our offensive execution was poor, almost the same as it was against NIU in the first game.
I'm heading to Purdue this week in hopes of seeing the Hawks become bowl eligible. I knew it was going to be challenging year, but I expected more from our team yesterday than what happened.
