I think the huskies are getting no respect. Fresno State is not good. They beat a bad Rutgers team by 1. Cal poly is crap. Beat a awful Boise state by 1. Almost lost to Hawaii who has 0 wins. Yes they crushed Idaho. Beat unlv and the San Diego state game was given to them. This is all a bunch of c***.

To be completely fair, I'm sure Fresno is saying the exact same thing about NIU. 3 point win over EIU, close game with Idaho, close win against Akron.


I guess all that matters is wins and losses. If NIU continues to win they may jump Fresno.

There is one alternative optimistic way to think of this although I think 7 may be right that we need a Fresno loss.

Fresno had a lot of room to make up in the computers, some computer slack. This week maybe we can think of as the sacrificial week for them making up those points. So while we didn't gain on them, the gain could be that there computer flexibility has shrunk for future weeks.

Eiu is ranked 2nd in their poll. They killed San Diego state and Fresno almost loss to them. Also Iowa victory is more impressive than Rutgers!!

The EIU game is moot now as they kicked SDSU ass.

This stinks!

If NIU trounced BSU , like by 30+ points, it would get interesting but outside of that, I think its a tough haul for the Huskies. Fresno sure had a yellow brick road this year.

Fresno gained a little in the computers this week because last week, two computers had Fresno as NR. This week, one came in at 25 with one computer still showing NR.

Well instead of complaining about this I'm going to say I'm going to enjoy the ride of being 8-0. Let the chips fall where they may And lets have some fun this year!

Honestly, I'm more worried about winning out! Then the Mac Championship! Let the chips fall where they fall! Heck, we had the ORANGE BOWL last year! Nobody can take that away from us!

I think at the end of the Year, Fresno and NIU will be close in the computers and the humans(Harris/Coaches) will decide who goes.

I will say this, if you input the remaining big wins for NIU and Fresno into the Colley hypotheticals, Colley likes NIU quite a bit more than Fresno, lets hope that same reasoning carries over to the other computers.

That is where I think we have the advantage. We will play some good teams and they are on espn2 to show the humans what niu is all about. This has to be in niu's advantage. I don't agree with those who say Fresno needs to lose!

Gang -NIU needs to take care of business. If they win out, they will be ahead of Fresno regardless of whether they win out. Fresno plays nobody the rest of the way including the MWC game. Again, we need to take care of business first. It's fun to talk about it and if we run the table I think we will be BCS busters but BSU will be difficult and don't discount UT on the road. We don't generally play well at the glASS bowl.
