I posted a thread earlier and now it has disappeared. I was chastised in the main forum for posting "borderline" topics, so I started the new thread this morning in The Quad. Can someone explain what is going on or why that thread was neutered?

What was the thread about?

no pics/links or anything of that sort, just the name of everyone's favorite

I'm starting to think we're in a Liberty U forum

spam.

Try the BOTD (babe of the day) forum in the lounge.

We (rice mods) don't have time to moderate potential issues like that and they threaten the integrity of the entire board... so they should go to where there are mods who "specialize" in that sort of thing.

Thanks for the explanation. I don't think I'd characterize the former topic as "spam," but so be it.

best one word description I could think of... It was asking to be spammed by people pimping websites that are notoriously riddled with spam

Mostly because I can't move it to BOTD (not our forum) and nobody had yet responded so didn't want to simply close it and leave it as a header on the page
