Ryan Autullo did a segment on 13abc (so, no, that is not a link to the blah) where he talked about how ESPN has the rights to the game, but decided to put it on ESPN3 instead of actual tv. Gee, how nice of E$PN.

Well considering most MAC fans get angered when games are on TV because attendance is hurt, we should all be happy it's still at 2:30 on a saturday.... Why did BG choose 2:30? Does anyone know.

On the real though, ESPN would have moved this game to Friday if they wanted viewers. So I actually would have been angered at a game time change.

The Rocket beatdown of BG will be too brutal to view on regular ESPNs- it's a Disney company.

If you watched the video you would know why it's at 2:30.

LOL, want to see this beatdown in 1080p dammit. ESPN3 on our XBox will have to do I guess...might be 720p if we are lucky.

no tv because toledo isnt columbus or anywhere else that has good sense to show the game no matter what.


go to pittsburgh and you'll be hard pressed to find somewhere not showing the pitt, steelers or pirates games on regular tv.

they mentioned u can watch it on espn.com.....but see buckeye isnt on there as a provider.

UT@BGSUX will be the best rivalry game in the MAC this year.

Should be fine on ESPN3 (enter espn3.com into your browser and it will redirect to the watchespn site)...no blackout is noted. Buckeye is a supported ISP and games are typically in HD. Sometimes there are streaming quirks and you have to watch the same two commercial over 15 times, but it works pretty good for me.

As noted above, beyond just watching in your browser sitting at your PC, if you have an Xbox or Chromecast, you can watch the game on your HD TV.

Xbox:
You need a supported ISP like Buckeye for espn3
You have to have an Xbox Gold membership. Many with kids will have this if your kids play online games with friends.
Use the ESPN app on your Xbox, I think it comes with it out of the box if I recall.

Google Chromecast device:
You need a supported ISP like Buckeye for espn3
Fire up your Chrome browser on your PC
You will need to have the Google Cast extension installed.

Navigate your Chrome browser to espn3.com.
Find and start the game.
The espn3 pop-up window won't work with Chromecast. You need to copy/paste the URL from the pop-up window and then paste it back into a New tab.
Click the Google Cast button in the top right of your browser (placed there by the Google Cast extension you were supposed to install above)

I know some folks know this stuff, but it might help other folks that don't know...
