How embarassing. What in the world....

Tell me I did not just see what I just watched. Oh man... So what I got out of that is the players could care less and Holtz should be locked in a padded room.

If they lose to FIU....Guess what day it will be??? But, I liked it, at least he's trying to show he's animated and lighten things up.

What's funny is that after seeing that commercial only twice my four year old daughter had the whole thing memorized and could repeat it including all the right intonations.

I would put it on Youtube, cause it's hilarious but alas I do not put my four year old daughter on Youtube.

I loved it (but I like the Geico commercial too).

I liked it. I'd imagine LT fans would hate anything with Holtz in it right now. Much like UNT fans would dislike anything Todd Dodge did.

Dirk Nowitzki did something similar for the Dallas Mavericks and it was awesome

It might make more sense if you've never seen this commercial:

People don't give Holtz enough credit for the things he does outside of football. He a great sellsman and spokesman for the university. He always seemed comfortable rolling with CEO's of major companies or average joes and did about anything that was asked of him to promote the program outside of football. I think it's pretty rare as most football coaches just want to coach and be left alone.

Skip might be great at the other things outside of football but he's terrible at the things inside of football. The guy is a snake oil salesman. Period. I wasn't excited by the hire but then I heard him talk. The guy had me convinced he was the man for the job. Now 7 games into his tenure he is the most inept football coach I've ever seen.

coaching aside- pretty funny doing a parady of the geico camel commercial.

Skip Holtz- "Guess what Day it is?, Guess what day it is?"
USF Fan- "I don't know coach, is this the day you destroy another program?"

All I know is he did a great job at both UConn and ECU. He rebuilt both programs from hard times and did things that had not been done there before. I have a hard time believing that he suddenly forgot how to coach and won't be able to win at the CUSA 3.0 level when he won two championships and beat marquee top 25 teams like Boise, Virginia Tech, and West Virginia along the way too in CUSA 2.0.

I liked it.

I saw that Saturday at the UNT game. It was one of the few bright spots of the day and we all laughed in the stands. He needs to get the players at least that excited to play and we would be ok. But alas he sucks the life out of the team.

I understand its a parody, but it looks like Kenneth (#28) doesn't care that it is gameday, like many of the other people.

I know it wouldn't follow the Geico commercial if they were excited, but I don't think it fits well enough. People aren't excited about Wednesdays, they should be excited for gameday.

Skip destroyed USF, and Wille Taggart is finally picking up the pieces. I feel sorry for La Tech fans.

Video is pretty funny. La Tech fans would like it more if he was actually winning.
