That's in Kenova. That's barely in West Virginia. You can throw a rock and hit Kentucky and Ohio from there. Lots of family in that area. My Dad was part of the rescue team that worked the Marshall plane crash back in '70. Whenever we traveled back there, Dad would always stop at the site.

Those from Kentucky making fun of West Virginia need to remember their history. Until 1792, Kentucky and West Virginia were part of the same state, Virginia.

A good bit of both West Virginia and Kentucky, along with a bit of western Pennsylvania, were supposed to be part of a 14th colony called Vandalia. But the British crown never approved the colony, and when the settlers in the area tried to push forward its inclusion as a new state called Westsylvania, both Pennsylavania and Virginia opposed it, since they claimed that territory for themselves...
