Oh, I thought democracy was where you proposed a bill, get it passed by Congress, the President signs it, it becomes law, the Supreme Court determines it constitutional, then that law gets implemented without the minority party shutting down the government and risking default because they can't to propose a bill, get it passed by Congress, and have the President sign it.

I thought liberals were in favor of the minority.
