Jackson is a Sh!thole because most of the people with any ability (i.e. money) to leave have moved out. What is left is a bunch of poor people, most of whom happen to be black.

Jackson Mississippi certainly isn't the first or only city to have most all of the people with any money to leave. See Detroit, Gary Indiana, East St. Louis, etc., etc. (Notice - these are NORTHERN cities)

Folks with a little bit of money leave places that become crime infested, that want to tax them too much, etc.........and that includes blacks, hispanics, orientals, as well as whites.

Once a city is unable to insure safety and provide basic services at a reasonable price - people get the hell out of dodge and move somewhere that can and does provide for the populace.

Simple. Period. End of story. It really isn't about racism. It's economics and safety.

I fill out the bids and contracts, etc for the company I work for. We are in the inmate phone industry. I had a bid come in for Hinds County, MS and one of the main requirements before it was turned in for opening, I had to show proof that we have blacks working for us and that at least one black would be installing our system. I'm not really sure how people can get away with that, but I guess since they're black they can. Haha, in my hometown there's only 800 people, it's 79.9% white so theres not really a ratio and hardly any crime, though the blacks here are really nice people... In Bossier City, La where I work, it's 67.4% white and it's nearly crime free other than moving violations and weed possession. But just across the Red River in Shreveport, it's 56% black and they rank 2nd in the nation on crime rate, just under New Orleans, 67.5% black. Those were also the only two blue parishes in the pop vote.

Of course he is. He also hates there is a black man in the White House. THe only black people he likes are the LSU athletes and that only last until they "graduate".
