Jeff Long (AD at Arkansas) is the chair. He worked in the Rice athletic department in the 1980's for a brief bit of time. Other committee members include Tyrone Willingham (a former assistant coach at Rice), West Virginia AD Oliver Luck (whose wife is a Rice alum) and Condoleeza Rice. So that's quite a bit of Rice representation I'd say FWIW.

Speaking of Willingham, according to his wikipedia page, he's a volunteer assistant women's golf coach at Stanford these days (and retired from coaching).

With this logic, Todd Graham would be representing Rice's interest at Arizona State.
