Probably right
I think all the Tulsa fans predicting a loss at ECU are probably right......or another way of saying that is, I'm betting on ECU. Their defense is ranked in the Top 5 in the country against the run, 80+ yds a game, and they have a very good passing QB.........how Tulane beat them, I'll never know.....probably overconfidence on ECU's part is all I can figure. They also have some really good receivers, Hardy especially, averaging over 10 catches a game.. So if they stop the run, I don't see Tulsa scoring or even moving the ball very much......could be a real ugly game.....I'm talking 40-0 ugly!!! Tulane really beat ECU?????04-jawdrop

RE: Probably right
IMO Our ceiling this year is some minor bowl game on ESPN9. We should have been better than this, but it IS a rebuilding year. My major concern is the way this season has been handled from a coaching standpoint.

I hope BB will be open to making some changes/tweeking a few things.

Yeah, yesterday, I believe 4 Top 25 teams changed QB's during the game in an attempt to win....including OSU.......it's amazing that a 2-4 team hasn't decided to try that.......but I guess only really good teams do that!!!!!!

RE: Probably right
This team is not good enough to get to a bowl right now. It has three major problems. Inexperience, talent and coaching. All three are bad for a team trying to find wins. Let me repeat trying to find wins. TU is trying to find and not having much luck. This is what a bad team does. I will predict that Tulsa doesn't win more than 5 games this season and being generous at that. ECU and Marshall automatic losses. UTSA possible win, North Texas looking more like a loss all the time. La Tech could go either way. If Tulsa finds some kind of offense maybe those last three. But that still only gives Tulsa 5 wins on the season. Not even sure 6 is enough to get this team to a bowl. Bleak but that is what this team is facing.
