Hehe we just got a shout out...sort of.

SportsCenter listed the projected BCS Top Five, and after the list the announcer said "but no Old Dominion and no Ithica."
then "maybe we should protest because of no Old Dominion".

I didn't hear who the color guy is, but is he an ODU grad?

Light skinned African-American guy? That would be Jay Harris who is an ODU grad.

My girlfriend graduated from Ithaca, so that reference is pretty amazing

That was late last night, and I almost fell out of my chair when I heard it. I had to play it back to make sure I heard what I thought I heard. All in jest, but it was good to hear Old Dominion mentioned on national TV.

Maybe it was the same guy who called the Oscar Smith-Lake Taylor game. He continued to say stuff like a guy has offers from ODU but has plenty of time to get better offers from other schools in the area.

He actually responded to me (and others likely) on air by saying that he was getting angry tweets from ODU fans.

I'm sure he was looking for the first opportunity to troll ODU that he got after the Maryland game.
