Two entrants for the Darwin Award, apparently. Two young, aspiring criminals break into a Landscaping business. They spot a safe. These two geniuses didn't think this through - how many landscaping businesses are sitting on mountains of cash?

They got a big surprise. I have to wonder if one of them said to the other, "That does it! I'm getting the torch. Hold my beer......"

Damn, those must have been some serious fireworks if they blew apart a safe, killed two people, caused heavy damage to the interior of the building, and made the ground shake.

No need for excuses, just remain boggled at his reasoning and leave it at that. Say he didn't know who he was to your fam. Otherwise you sound like an idget.
