Is the IRS a Non-Essential Agency?
On the NBC news last night it was reported that 90% 04-jawdrop of IRS employees are currently furloughed. With those kinds of numbers, are most IRS employees involved in Agency "mission critical" activities? Remember the IRS is and has added thousands to their ranks to collect 05-mafia Obamacare fines.

One of the most Non-Essential Agencies ever created. And thought by some to be unconstitutional.

If you don't think the income tax is unconstitutional, how do you construe that the IRS is?

That is a perfectly legitimate view to have, but just because you don't like it doesn't mean it's not there.
