I love all the smack talk from ECU fans on SOS. I dont care about SOS rankings. While our schedule may be weak let's not act like your schedule is full of world beaters.

ODU - Gave ECU a decent run, blasted by Maryland, and squeaked by The Citadel and Liberty.
FAU - Is 2-4 and one of the worst teams going.
VT - Quality team. Not VT of old but it is still a upper crust oppoenent.
UNC - Say what you want but they are a bad team this year. I don't care about 2012. 2013 they are bad.
MTSU - Very solid and CUSA contending team going forward.

I won't aruge ours is a good schedule because it isn't.

Miami - dumpster fire
G-W - Top 3-0 FCS but they are still FCS. We didn't want this game we were left scrambling for a filler game because of the team (can't remember who) pulled out because of their issues.
OHIO - Trash them all you want they are a solid team and could compete in CUSA. Hate them but it is true.
VT - Same as above.
UTSA - Up until this past Saturday were one of the best offenses in the country and to 2 in this conference. Plus they put those numbers up against good teams.

Neither schedule is much better than the others. VT washes out because we both played. FAU is your worst and G-W is ours. You have played one more game than us but UTSA could beat or play right with FAU and OHIO could beat FAU and compete with MTSU. And I bet they could beat UNC.

And to say our defense is not better is ridiculous. It just is. I like how you all say stats don't matter than quote stats to fit your argument. I could care less what you think to be honest because we will find our come November. I am just tired of posters like SJ acting like they know everything and they completely ignore anyone else's position. Their facts are opinions and his opninions are facts. It is hilarious when he brings up last season to support arguement because last season doesn't mean squat. You constantly say we have virtually the same team. Do some research because we are not playing with the same players. The defense is almost entirely new, the WR corp is comprised of players that didn't play much in previous years outside of Shuler and up until this past week our starting RB was our 4th string from last season.
There have been 14 new players added to the defense and several added to the offense. But yea we play with the same players as last season.

Maryland is like top 20 and I still think they would be top half of CUSA if their QB stays healthy this year.

Bad teams don't have 8 projected draft picks. They have 4 losses because their SOS is top 5 right now. Give them your schedule and they likely have more wins than you. Who have the lost to discredit themselves.

I have said plenty of times I expected you to improve, before this thread and like 3 times on it. Just not to the level you think you have. These stats are a joke with no context of how aweful the teams you are playing are compared to other teams like UNC for instance and makes any comparison ridicoulous.
