Just got back from the game. As Tiger fans, I think we've suffered out fair share of disappointment, but today was different. I felt incredibly bad for the team. That was one of the best efforts I've seen in years. Memphis dominated the game. Some of the officiating was poor (should have been helmet-to-helmet against Warford, and I didn't see a holding call on the kickoff return (it could have been legit, it's hard to follow everyone from the stands...

But what an effort! Damn I like what I see! It's too bad that the attendance couldn't have been better to watch some really good football. I hated to thd kids lose, they really gave it their all. Proud of those guys!!!

Such a fun team to watch too!

Like i said, Joe Craig was crying.... This team is hungry for wins and I think for the next weeks we will fulfill our hunger...

Exactly, as hard as it is on us (fans), can you imagine how the kids felt. They deserved to win this game. ******* refs

A well coached team of hungry, young, teachable and talented players WILL be back. We are. We will.

I can't wait to play Houston. I cannot wait.

And I will be in the stands to witness it. It's going to be a worthwhile adventure.

We are very well coached, organized great effort and disciplined. Our coach is learning to be a head coach, and I don't expect to see those same mistakes in the future (that hb pass). I know all fans want to blame officiating, but it really seems that we get screwed more than other teams.
Perhaps our reputation as a bad, undisciplined team gets in the head of officials, but this game and the MTSU game, in my opinion, were decided by officials.
