It was $7 drink and drown back when I did, Good times! Fred's was more my scene though (before it move to the main strip). I had my 1st dos equis at Fred's.

I don't always drink dos equis, but when I do, it's at a seedy Juarez bar that also sells sandwiches.

In all of HS I only went once.

I imagine it is vacant. I heard Esther (the door lady) was shot and killed at her father's funeral. The place looks a lot different during the day, I don't remember it looking that ugly. I used to go to copa and fred's, when we went to fred's we'd always order the caguamas and the slammers, they were 4 for a buck or something like that.
