Long time no see guys. Sorry for the absence but my pops had a seriouus battle with the Big C and had to have emergency brain sergury. So I have been in Hattiesburg the last 3 months on and off. He is doing great though. The surgery went off without a hitch and he is the same man. He has lost nothing. Well some weight and hair but that is it. I hate coming home for those reasons but man was it good to get home. I like Chicago and all but the south is the Sh!t. Good old southern comfort MAN!!!!!

I agree the BCS is the biggest piece of you know what, but it is all we have at this moment. I do believe that we(LSU) should have been playing USC for the title but the BCS failed agian. If there would been a play off system or if we would have played USC then everyone would not mention spilts and all that crap. Unfortunately there isn't anything better right now. So I an LSU fan take what we have at this moment and that is a NC. The same as the Rebs would do if they would have been in our shoes. I do apolgize for LSUHO's stupid antics. Every village has its idiot.

I do remember a chant from the LSU crowd at the end of the game of ONE MORE GAME. I do not believe there was a LSU player or fan that did not feel that way. On the other hand there has not been alot of USC talk about another game. I have heard it from comentators but nothing of great strength from USC. I do believe however that these two great teams would have met in a great battle for the NC if there was a play off type system. In the end of there seasons and their conference play offs these teams were on their extreme a game. So end the end it was sad USC got robbed but congrats LSU.

Now I have to say that I am envious of all you rebs living in the wanderful and most beautiful state in the nation, Mississippi. My daughter just turned 15 months and it was her first trip to Miss. and I could see it in her eyes that she loved it. When we went to the beach while visting family in Biloxi she bolted for the salt water. I was sad to leave. I will be back though. So keep her pretty for me. God bless the South and Mississippi.
