I'm not expecting much. O'Leary is 4-21 at UCF against BCS schools. In all his years there, he's beaten a grand total of 1 ranked team.

However, I really really really hope to be pleasantly surprised!

were 1-0 against bcs opponents while in a bcs conference.

I suspect that has more to do with recruiting being handicapped with the "non-BCS" label than his coaching. As Bear Bryant once said. "it takes chicken to make chicken salad".

On CFB Live before SJSU USU game, Mark May had Storm Johnson in his top 3 under rated players in the nation and Lou Holtz had Blake Bortles in his top 3. But then again, they followed it up by saying UCF will have a tough test AT South Carolina...

At the same time, its not like we exactly had the most chances to play ranked teams. Maybe 1-2 at season with most years at 1 and some at 0.

Same with BCS teams. We got to play 1-2 per year tops. All nonAQ teams minus a couple have bad records against BCS teams.

This year we get to play at least 10 BCS teams. I expect that record to get a bit better...

a lot of the sec is overated, i expect a ucf victory. we beat scarolina a few years back handilly.....go ucf..........

I'm liking more and more the big "A" American logos, because even as the comentators for this AAC contract game are SEC cheerleaders with constant SEC word vomit and not even mentioning the Knights Conference, you can't help but SEE it on the field almost CONSTANTLY!

Good try UCF. I know how you feel. Art Briles was great at Houston in games we should win. But he broke your heart in statement games. He would have found a way to lose that Penn St game you guys won. At least you have that one.

Nice job. Thought you were gonna take it. The fact that you scored twice in the 4th is huge. Team is not gonna give up on any game. This is a 60 minute team.
