I'm very proud of the Tigers. What Louisville did to DOA...oops, FIU....wow! I think the Cards scored on them again a few times this morning!

RE: What team impressed you the most this week?
Louisville was the most impressive, from a zero baseline, but they were expected to swamp FIU.

Memphis was a 4.5 point dog to the defending Sunbbelt champs, who won 10 games last year and a bowl game against a ranked FBS opponent. Two years ago, we had a 47-3 loss to them. We knew we had a chance to win (only lost by 5 to them last year), but nobody expected complete domination from beginning to end. That was a blowout. We looked like a real D-1 football team.

I would say UConn's performance was the most surprising, but I don't want to vote for myself. Memphis was also a very pleasant surprise. I voted for them. There's no doubt they're pointed in the right direction.

I voted for UCONN. As much as I enjoyed tigers victory, I was impressed with UCONN almost pulling of [/size]an upset of a ranked team after their loss to an fcs team.

I am not just being a homer when I say Louisville. The reason has nothing to do with the joke of competition we played or how we beat them. It has all to do with the fact that our Back ups that played included a 5-5 for one td QB, several guys that were supposed to start but were injured in training camp are back and almost back to full speed. A fourth string running back that basically ran the same play 8 times in a row for a td, and our third string running back won the MVP in the National Championship game two years ago. We aren't just good, we are good and deep, which means we are going to be good all year even when injuries start to mount. That is impressive to me than the good team we had last year that won every game by 7 and still won a deeper Big East and beat Florida which bodes well for this years Cards.

Exactly what I was going to say. Memphis deserves a HUGE HUG and SHOUTOUT though. Great week AAC!02-13-bananaCOGS04-cheers04-cheers

I would say Memphis. That 17-15 win for MTSU over the Tigers might be a big one for MT at the end of the year when it's bowl season! Like I said... they'll win games this year.

RE: What team impressed you the most this week?
Memphis did what I have been waiting for them to do. Definitely a great win for them and they came in a close second.

UConn nearly pulled of a great upset but given their season so far I am inclined to believe it was a fluke. I hope I'm wrong and they are getting it together.

My vote goes to Rutgers. They are the winning team that probably played the best opponent. Solidified themselves (as much as you can in week 4) as a legitimate contender in the conference.

Louisville put up a ridiculous score but FIU might be the worst FBS team this decade right now. I might be viewing them in an unfair way because we know they are very good and I would have bet my life that they won that game by multiple touchdowns, but they did play about as good a game as they could have.

Whole conference looked pretty good with the exception of SMU but I don't think a whole lot of teams would look good against A&M. Especially since apparently once Manzeil scrambles, refs complete forget what illegal blocking looks like.

We think much alike. A very encouraging week for our conference. AAC! AAC! AAC!04-cheers
