Also changed to scattered t-storms, so thats a positive. Accuweather has the forcast down to 50% at kickoff and goes down from there.

Looking at the radar on accuweather.com...holy cow! That's as wide a band of rain as you will see. I think by gametime we might be ok. Anything between 1-6pm...not so much.

You've clearly never heard my story about the 2004 semifinal at W+M.

RE: Weather Thread 9/21/2013....
If our fans are soft for not showing up because of rain, somebody needs to call out Va. Tech. A light rain in Blacksburg in a tie game in the 4th quarter and there are tons of empty seats. It was the same way when we beat them there. For a fan base that claims to be so passionate and loves to beat its collective chest, that's weak. Plus, it's Marshall which isn't all that far away so I'm sure they brought a good contingent of fans.

The rain is light. Almost unnoticeable.

If CUSA judges us on one game it's their loss. They can stick with the F_Us and other schools in large media markets that no cares about. Time will tell if Charlottes large media market will care about them.

Totally agree. And CUSA should know more than any individual school how much weather can affect game attendance. I think the way we played against a team that they have already signed on will speak much more about our game tonight than the turnout. Especially since in addition to the weather this was an "add-on" game and tickets had been on sale for a much shorter amount of time than any other given game this season.

My 7 year old will only last so long, especially if the moonbounce is not up!

How will you possible drink enough before the game if you wait until 3 to start?

Dedication to my craft, sir. Dedication.

Based on what I saw prior to and after the game, I have to question your level of dedication. I would say on a pickled scale you were a 3 tonight instead of your usual 12. What kind of example are you setting for the children?

the student turnout was very disappointing. the worst i've probably ever seen it. my wife said she overheard students outside the stadium wanting to "go in and use the ticket and then just leave". I guess that meant they didn't want to lose their student priority points by not showing and using their ticket?
