Commentator said both wide outs lined up on the line of scrimmage, hence the ineligibility. Great throw to Mathews for a huge gain.

Penalty for running into the kicker is declined (idiot penalty) and a 50 yard FG brings the score to 10-3 Vandy. Good defensive stop by the Blazers after the big pass.
