Penn St pays O'Brien $3M a year & he doesn't know the
Clock rules. The clock stops on an out of bounds play only during the last 2 minutes, Bill.

Great win UCF! Fire the snapper though.

Yeah, we got away with one. It was over 2 minutes left, not by much, but definitely over. That's what O'Brien was complaining about, and he was right.

Never mind, I understand your point. I was under the impression it was the opposite. If outside 2 minutes, it's supposed to stop.
