much like the newspaper industry, the magazine industry is on the way out. Over the net is the wave, dead tree is done.

Pretty much says it all. Soon print media will only be available by subscription. Everything else will be electronic.

I was pissed when Sporting News stopped publishing their print edition. That was a damn good sports mag.

I watch a lot of the games. It's the moronic highlight shows and GameDay that suck. It's all Alabama-Notre Dame-Ohio State-Texas.

What SI should consider is re-doing the user interface of its mobile app, then target that audience.

CBSSports' mobile app has set the standard for how to enjoy its content on my mobile device.

Many magazines and newspapers took a tremendous hit in the mid 00's when the internet became standard across the world. Of course the same magazines and newspapers are currently burgeoning online.

The only print magazine that I know of that's doing well is Game Informer.

Thats actually pretty ironic.

The print business is failing because of the electronic boom and the only one succeeding is a magazine about electronics. Epic Mind Blown
