Guess blind people can be arrested for being peeping toms also.
Think there are too many questionable situations and even mistakes that could be made.
Would it also be a good way for a sighted criminal to snatch a gun from one of them.

Seems crazy indeed. But, there is a difference between "Legally Blind" and straight up nothing but blackness blind. (I know, I'm a racist)

I wonder if there is slightly more to it.
