Former Sun Belt Conference member, Florida International is having it handed to them, trailing Central Florida 39-zip with about 5 minutes left in the game. Looks like there is a puny crowd at FIU's home stadium. Couldn't be much over 12,000 there.

12,000? 1200 is a lot closer.

11,999 of them are UCF fans. I can't believe CUSA actually thought these teams were going to help the conference.

I didn't think a school could do worse than UAB in that conference, but I do believe FIU lowered the standard.

Well, there goes the theory that FIU's attendance will go up now that they are in CUSA.

Better to get blown out at home by UCF in front of 12,000 than lose at home to an FCS school in front of 15,000. You're the last one who should be throwing stones. You brought it to the CUSA board, so don't be surprised if it follows you here.

I can't defend USA's performance but where are you guys getting 12,000? There was a fraction of that present tonight.

Completely debatable. Both are embarrassing losses; I'd at least like to suffer with friends.
