"He was arrested and interviewed and said he had been drinking heavily, taken cocaine and ecstasy and could not recall the incident," prosecutor Harry Pepper said in court, according to the Telegraph.

Thomas' attorney told the court his client had started using cannabis at age 9 and binge drinking at 11, before moving on to cocaine and ecstasy in his early teens, according to the Mirror.

Liberals have no problem with Mangum's recklessness. When their no personal responsibility, no accountability doctrine run counter to the public safety, greater good mantra, Public safety, greater good takes back seat. Wear a condom, extra small, stupid.

To liberals, the problem is not that Mangum is a reckless idiot, but that his health insurance plan did not provide condoms.

What exactly are you fundamentalists putting up your butt to have so much of a problem that you have to constantly talk about UBS? It seems like a much bigger problem than in the Gay community.
