Exactly. Putin ran out of ways to position his body for shirtless pictures, so utilizing Obama for exposure. Plus most of world agrees with inaction it seems.

Ever since the end of the Cold War you just know Russia has been looking for a chance to bounce back and at least be seen as semicompetitive with the US in foreign affairs. It seems Putin has the right US POTUS in place to do just that. Long time coming. I still don't think Putin will actually do anything but we've come a long way from him riding around Crawford in a pickup truck.
