OT: UCLA Baseball Field Lease
Thought this was interesting. The VA campus which the judge ruled has been improperly leased includes UCLA's Jackie Robinson Stadium.

The judge stayed his ruling 6 months.

RE: OT: UCLA Baseball Field Lease
Jackie Robinson Stadium is in a horrible location anyway - buried off the San Diego Freeway. It's not a big park, it's not a pretty park and it's not a very fun location to go to for the students (especially because they have to pass by the Sunset Rec Center on the way which is one of Playboy's top college spots in the country to pick up women).

The problem is UCLA doesn't have any space on campus to build a baseball stadium. And playing games at Dodger Stadium probably doesn't make much sense either. So they're certainly in a dilemma.
