To be fair, you would not be the only team in the BCS era to go undefeated and not get a title shot. Didn't it happen to Auburn in 2002 or something? And a few other teams. UL looks awesome, though!

That being said, you're not going undefeated.

Cincinnati and TCU both went undefeated in 2009 and didn't make the NCG.

In all those situations there were undefeated teams playing for the championship. I know that if Oregon or Stanford and Alabama all go undefeated we don't have a shot and it is understandable. My beef is that they are saying that if we are undefeated and everyone else has a loss we still can't get a shot because the American is so weak. Cincy should be top 25 next week and there are a couple other teams that have the ability, Houston, UCF, Rutgers.. I just think that some American teams are being overlooked.

With our secondary, I am very happy not to be seeing Mr. Bridgewater in person this year As a fan it would have been nice to see Louisville once again in a Conference game because ECU and Louisville has some pretty fun shoot outs back in the day. I would have definitely made the trip to Louisville to see the new Stadium once before they leave to the ACC.

Tulane in '98 but they were outside the club and there was no provision for non-silver spoon schools to play in a BS bowl.

Nothing says national champion like a win over Ohio University. Of course, any lingering concerns about UL's contender status will be put to bed next week against EKU.

I don't want UL to lose any OCC games. If they lose them I want it to be vs AAC competition.
As for Teddy, he s a great QB and person would much rather have him win the Heisman than that spoiled idiot in TAMU that kid is an embarrassment and classless act every time he is on the field.

Because they were double covering DeVante Parker. Of course that is a double edge sword for any defense, because if you double Copeland then Parker catches a bunch of TDs.

And this will probably happen to the Ville as well, being in the American.

ESPN announcers are famous for going over the top, and they certainly did with the Ville game.
There are other really good players on the field. Also, tell us more about the play calling, strategy,
and match up why some plays work. Matt Millen should be able to do that, but rambles on like
a fool.

Did you notice we ran plays from the Pistol, Pro Set, I Formation, and Veer?

Same here. Honestly if we aren't both undefeated going into that game, it's because somebody crapped their pants on the way to prom. Both schedules are weak. Anyway, can't wait for the game; hope it won't be the last between us.

We will have 4 OOC games in the ACC.
I hope we go this route:

Kentucky annually
Cincinnati annually
Florida schools: UCF, USF, FAU, FIU (rotated)
A P5 team or WKU

Personally, I hope we play you home and home every year in both sports. Cincinnati as well.
