This is probably a dumb question, but does the fact the game is on ESPN3 next week mean it will be also be available on the DirectTV college package? In other words, if a bar has the package, does that mean our game will be available or do we need to hdmi it?

Yes it should be on gameplan.

According to ESPN, not all ESPN3 games are on game plan. It doesn't look like the Akron game will be on TV other than online:

Firstrowsports.eu is showing the game. At least right now it says it will be on. That has been known to change at the last minute.

anyone try espn3 recently? i just tried it out to test it before gametime and it just will not work for me even with my cable login and pw...

Yea, I have to admit that I'd be shocked at a sweep.

It doesn't help the MAC that it's three of their worst teams playing, but I think at least two of those (Akron and UMass) are much improved over last year.

I've got directTv so I've never tried ESPN 3, however, I just noticed a watch ESPN feature on my Apple TV. Anyone used this? Is it essentially ESPN 3?

As far as our other games. What package do you all recommend for catching NBC Sports (regional)? Is that just the sports package?

Tell ya what, I just tried out the Xbox 360 ESPN app for the first time this morning, this thing is awesome. Going to make watching the Dukes so much better tonight.
