Curt posted on his facebook page that they're having difficulties uploading the CCSU game file. They might have to upload it as two files and he's keeping his fingers crossed it will be done by this evening.

Again, I think this is due to the fact that someone did not hit the button at the start of the game and Curt blamed it on the internet. We will know once and for all if this thing never gets uploaded it was a goof on their part.

I agree with you, someone definitely screwed the pooch. We'll see if it gets fixed tonight.

Internet was down all over campus on on sat due to a glitch caused by LUMOS(Intelos)JMU had to sit and wait for them to get the net back up . hope they get the game ready for replay soon.

echo internet on saturday was down. You'll notice a lack of tweeting going on from the athletics accounts Saturday as well - there was no/limited connectivity through a lot of the game Saturday. Nothing they could do.

I meant that it's so quiet when Curt and Houston are commentating on the Madizone broadcast. When you watch the NFL you have the announcers voices overtop the noise from the crowd.

Go to the football page of JMUSports and then click on our schedule. At the top of the page there should be a box showing Birdsong under center w/ boxscore etc. Click on video and it comes up.

Other option is to launch Madizone, login, and then go to view by sports. Select football and scroll down until you see the video archive of the game.

Overall, the quality of the video, at least the archived version, was very well done. I agree it would be nice to pipe in some crowd noise, but it's light years ahead of where it used to be. I did hear Dudley mention in the game that the issues with Madizone were partially due to internet connectivity issues but also partly JMU's flub, but he didn't expand, so I have no idea how much of the live game issues were truly due to connectivity issues.

As for the team, there were some bright spots, but I think we've got a ways to go to be an elite team. I'd like to say I'm confident about Saturday's matchup against Akron, but I really have no idea what to expect. CCSU was a really bad team, and it was a little too close for comfort before the punt return and INT. Hopefully we are a lot sharper on Saturday.
