You mean like unconstitutionally circumventing Congress to impose restrictions and regulations, and by unconstitutionally picking and choosing what laws to uphold and which to ignore and unconstitutionally, giving out waivers to laws to some groups and enforcing those same laws on other groups. Gun running, getting people killed, incompetent foreign policy, incompetent staff, incompetent judicial picks. IRS, NSA and on and on an on.
