I am smoking a large Boston Butt over night for pulled pork barbeque.

Menu Time
Pulled pork, spicy slaw, buffalo chicken dip, spinach and artichoke dip, bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, and assorted sausages on the grill. Everything homemade from scratch with the exception of the sausages, I usually grab a few different custom flavors from whole foods.

OT- but related. Been meaning to ask, I've had a heck of a time finding a decent cover for that smoker. What have you used?

Smoked Hatch peppers for salsa verde, cheese quesadilla. Smoked sausages with kraut and coarse brown mustard, bacon wrapped cheese and frito stuffed jalapenos, probably some garden variety dips and stuff w/ veggies.

All here at CASA DE DUNK. Will have to be rootin from the couch this weekend... /sadface/

I don't need a cover. I keep it on a concrete patio under the kitchen. Our lot is sloped so the back part of the house is built on stilts. Nice to be able to use it year round out of the weather.

Smoking ribs and wings tonight. Finishing off the ribs tomorrow on the grill with bourbon-bbq sauce (to go with the bourbon that will be in my cup). And a few crunchy snacks.

And where exactly is your tailgate? Be very specific, please!

And what lot will this be in? I might have to make an appearance just for the jalapeño poppers

I'll be doing Brats and Habenaro/Cheese Sausages with saurkraut. Sides include Queso (homemade) with chips, a cold, refreshing corn salad and brownies. Drinks: Free flowing frothy adult beverages for a slightly warm day in the heart of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley!
