Dear steve,
We haven't even played a game yet, but that score doesn't indicate much defense, which is what some of us are wondering about. Will Eastern have an improved defense, to maybe keep us in the hunt, or will it be offensive fireworks, that has been a trend in the MAC lately. Especially teams in the West like Northern Illinois, and Toledo, whose scores can reach forty or more points in a game. Personally, I would prefer a better defense, which might keep us in the hunt, over whomever has the ball last wins.
