Maybe it's just that it isn't as noticeable at the non-playoff teams in that they don't get the coverage otherwise.

If you look at NDSU, Craig Bohl regularly has 7 or 8 transfers, a mix of JC's and four year schools almost all of which are other lower level Minnesota schools (trust me no one would ever confuse Minnesota Crookston football with any mid level to lower level D1 program). The only "recognizable" school was New Mexico State where several players came from the last 3 years.

And I see it in my area, with William & Mary, Richmond and James Madison being regular transfer targets (and the latter 2 recent champions). That's what I base my perceptions on.

It may be the last game of the weekend, but I could see the star of tonight's game becoming yet another redshirt freshman QB to win the Heisman. Jameis Winston of Florida State looks really impressive (as do the Seminoles). Nice crowd at Pitt too in their first game in the ACC.
