It is hard to realize it is over. Everything I worked so hard to get too is gone. I just want to thank everyone who has supported and helped me to achieve all that I have in the game of basketball. It means a lot and I could not have done it without you all. Unfortunately due to injury I am having to stop playing. I am officially on a Medical Hardship now. I will still be at UAB and part of the team and program, but cannot play. God has a reason for everything that happens, it is all in his hands now and I am going to do the best I can to move on and continue my life. It's not easy to walk away from playing the game you love, especially when it is not in your hands. Basketball is still the game I love.

His first year here the MBB team was at the football game doing autographs. I went through the line and while I was getting signed, I asked "so who's the best three point shooter we have this year?" To a man, they all pointed at KC.

I hate to hear it. Good luck, KC, you're due some. Tough break, both literally and figuratively.

I was over there one afternoon and he was shooting around in a boot draining everything.

Former UAB G Quincy Taylor is transferring to Longwood.

Q gonna be a Lancer! FWIW UAB is 1-0 against the Lancers if memory serves.

School has already started. Is this new news? Shouldn't he have already gone somewhere by now?

For some reason, it was being kept quiet. Taylor tweeted he was going there last week. I think he started school last week
