Yep... that's the first thing I get from that 9%. D's are just screaming it's constitutional and necessary. I saw a bunch of D's dipping their fingers in blue to show up at the footsteps of the White House in solidarity. We already have the banner printed for the three day celebration of mission accomplished.

Facepalm indeed... You missed the point that they aren't protesting, and if it were Bush, they'd be screaming the unconstitutional/unnecessary rants.
