Our players noticed and appreciated the small contingent that went to USC last year, so they will definitely notice this week's crowd.

The Southern Miss contingent was also pretty good.

Maybe the coach and players need to stop telling everyone to wear white? How dare they.

I know what they are going for. The whole "we're wearing all white uniforms, so back us up crowd and wear all white too"...but I'm not even a big fan of the all white uniforms, either. I'd rather us wear gold pants with it. But then again, I don't really care because it's about playing football, not walking a runway. So I'm cool with whatever they do.

My opinion is that UAB shouldn't be trying to "white-out" any game, let alone an away game with a team who also has white as an off color. Simply for logistical purposes. Troy has white as a color, and it's going to be HOT, which means even more Troy fans will be wearing white.

You see how much white is in this crowd?





Even the cheerleaders wear white.

The only time anything like this has ever been even close to being successful recently was the UTEP Gold Rush, but they gave everyone in the crowd a gold t-shirt to make it happen...and, if I recall, we lost the game. Maybe that's different, but I'd rather they attempt a "gold-out" than a "white-out" considering my first point.

I bleed green and gold. White t-shirts are barely recognizable as UAB shirts from any sort of distance, so I will proudly wear green.

My opinion means nothing, so I'm not sure why you guys are bothered by it. Wear white, be merry, and Go Blazers.

Most schools that have any kind of effective campaign to wear the same color, it is effective because the school providrd the shirts. If UAB feels strongly about it, they will do that.

We got 3 white uab shirts today.

Same here, gas is going to kill me. I had to spend $160 on a textbook/access code for a Computer Science class yesterday.

Just picked up my Troy Tickets.
Also picked up 3 new White T shirts from Snoozys.
