Some people collect football cards...
while Charlie Weis collects transfer QBs. First Dayne Crist, then Jake Heaps, and now TJ Millweard from UCLA. Crist didn't work out too well - I hope Heaps and Millweard pan out better. From what I hear about the complexity of his offense, it may be a good idea for QBs coming in to have some time they have to sit out and learn.
