ESPN has been previewing, believe it or not, the major conferences in basketball and they included a write-up of the best of the rest outside the major conferences the other day. Their best of the rest list of about 12 teams nationally included Towson (no surprise) and the Elon Phoenix (not yet in the CAA).

Also, a player that JMU recruited and was mentioned by Selig as a target, Javis Howard, committed to Charleston Southern recently. And I'm not joking for Dukeman's sake, although he's probably more interested in that running back released by Tech (is it Michael Holmes?).
