Got 'em. I liked the fact that family plan coupons now are more generic. They basically give you 20 or so coupons good for either a drink/dog/popcorn/etc instead of individual ones that were only good for a specific item. Now if I want to use them all on drinks or something I can. Great change.

I sent them an e-mail last year requesting they make them simpler to use. We were trying to ration them the first couple of games last year. We were trying to figure out which ones we wanted to use that game right before we went to the stadium as we didn't want to carry them all in. It got to be ridiculous.

So two days and no email or package... is anyone else still in that boat? I'll probably be calling the ticket office tomorrow by noon if they don't arrive.

I received two of four season tickets - I called and they have the other two scheduled to be sent out today (I ordered them separately) - I didn't get an email for those two.

I also received the Charlotte tickets today in regular mail.

Still nothing for me. I sent an email to the ticket office...no reply...but it was probably too late in the day for them to respond.

I sent an e-mail to the ticket office very late last night (9:54 pm) and got a response immediately. Someone named Mike jumped right on my issue. You must be using a different e-mail from this, athletic-ticket@jmu.edu. Mike was "Johnny on the spot" and I'm a "nobody" to them. UPS was great as well. They got in touch with the driver and he gave a description of the house he put my package at. My wife then had to walk 3 doors up the street today to get the tickets.

There are two Mikes (Carpenter and Hughes) in the ticket office and they are both cracker jacks. They do a great job. Mike Carpenter heads up the dept.

I got my Charlotte tickets and parking ticket in regular mail today.

Not sure which Mike I had, but his responding back to me at 10:00 pm gave me a secure feeling about my tickets. He was definitely concerned and I'm sure he would have made everything right had we not located my package that UPS delivered to my neighbors home.

I'll say that I have never, ever had a bad experience dealing with anyone at JMU. They all do their job very well.

I'm not sure as to the reason and I didn't ask the woman further, but the ticket office said that my tickets were sent back to their office, but where reshipped last night.

Them there guys in the ticket office are working like crazy this week! Many of us were out celebrating with departing JMU staff and the ticket guys stopped by for just a quick visit and went back to work. They root for Dukes!

Dude, the Mikes are legends and both need like a 20k raise immediately.

Especially that Mike Hughes, what a dreamboat.

i will say that my interactions with the ticket office are great. mike hughes will help me with i need.
